Bella Salon is also the premier location in Columbia to have permanent makeup applied by our very own permanent makeup artist, Darci McLean-Reichardt.  Darci has been in the industry for over 14 years, and has applied permanent makeup to hundreds of clients.  Permanent eyeliner and permanent lip liner are two of the more commonly applied permanent cosmetics, but there are many other options as well.
